TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY

Welcome to Minvej.

Minvej is an app designed and developed for and with people with mental illness and mental vulnerabilities. The pupose is to help the user get control back of his or her life, to feel more safe when experiencing hardship and to enhance the users sense of hope for the future.

The Minvej app is owned by the Danish IT-company: BridgeIT ApS (?BridgeIT?), Islands Brygge 8D, 2. th., 2300 Kbh. S. and is managed by CEO Søren Bolvig and CCO Jacob Gliemann Larsen.

The following is common Terms of use of Minvej and BridgeIT´s Privacy Policy when doing so.

Please read the Terms of use and Privacy Policy agreement carefully in order to make informed descisions.

1. USAGE

BridgeIT offers the app Minvej to users on the Terms of use provided here.

The user is responsable to be true to the Terms of use the entire time of usage.

2. CREATION AND IDENTIFIKATION

A user is created via e-mail adresse and access code.

User access to the Minvej app is typically given as a part of action plans and citizen support in municipalities which subscribe to the Minvej app on the behalf of a citizen and as a part of his or her action plan or support plan in the municipality.

3. THE MINVEJ SERVICE

With the solution you can:

Record and measure user defined activities

Send safety plan and graph conveying statistics to network and professionel care providers

Create contacts and use predefined telephone shortcuts and links to advisories

The solution is not illness specific nor does it train illness specific skills.

The solution does not replace professionel help but can be a supplement.

4. TERMS OF USE

You may not misuse the Minvej app.

You have to honour the BridgeIT copyright to the material in and design of the app.

You may not use any material from the app for commercial use without permission.

All rights that are not given in the current Terms of use are reserved.

5. ACCESS

The app is accessable 24 hours a day. Access can be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance.

6. CHANGING OF TERMS

BridgeIT reserves the right to typing errors and the right to change the current Terms of use. You will be informed of such changes by a notice in the Minvej app and be asked to agree to the changes.

7. FORCE MAJURE

BridgeIT is considered harmless and without any responsibility towards the user if circumstances prohibites honouring the agreement or which makes honouring the agreement unreasonably burdenfull like a workers conflict or any orther circumstance that lies outside of BridgeIT´s control.

PRIVACY POLICY

The protection and confidentiality of your personal information is key when applying personal data. BridgeIT ApS (?BridgeIT?) is determined to protect your personal data and is registered as a data processer at the Data Protection Agency (in Danish "Datatilsynet").

This privacy policy is an explanation of how BridgeIT mangages and protects your personal data when using the Minvej app.

BridgeIT ApS is a Danish company with registered office located at Kigkurren 8D, 2. th., 2300 København S and is represented by CEO Søren Bolvig and CCO Jacob Gliemann Larsen.

By using the BridgeIT Minvej app, you explicit consent to the managing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.

1. THE DATA CONTROLLER AND THE DATA PROCESSOR

It is your Care Provider (any social care or health care authorised to do so) that gives you access to the Minvej app and determines the purposes and means of the usage of the Minvej app hence your Care Provider acts as a Data controller (data owner).

BridgeIT is obligated to follow the instructions given by your Care Provider (the data controller) and shall process your personal information accordingly hence BridgeIT acts as a Data processor.

Exception to this will be if a user is created in agreement solely with BridgeIT in which case BridgeIT acts as both Data controller and Data processer.

2. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA ACCORDING TO LAW

BridgeIT records your data in order to comply to Danish law, such as maintaining a full transaction log.

BridgeIT processes and protects your data according to the EU directive about Protection of personal data - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ? protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

4. USE OF PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER INFORMATION

BridgIT uses the personal data that you provide in the Minvej app in compliance with the privacy rules of this document in the following contexts:

To acces the Minvej app:

BridgeIT will use your personal data in order to provide you with access to and use of the Minvej app.

To present your data to you:

The data produced and displayed in the Minvej app are only visible for the end user of the Minvej app. Data may be indicated as raw data (mood score, goals, pictures, text etc.), or after processing aggregate a graph of the user defined parameters and activities to display correlations.

To transfer your data to third parties:

At your own request the Minvej app may pass on personal data to Care Providers, Caregivers or others in the form of a graph conveying statistics of your measurements or a crisis plan conveying warning signs, risk situations and the user defined action plans.

Your personal data will not be monitored, sold, leased, transferred, shared, or otherwise accessed by any third parties.

To improve the BridgeIT Minvej product and service:

If you become aware that there are errors in the data the app is displaying to you we urge you to contact us adressing the problem in an e-mail send to: support(a)bridgeit.dk

In order to resolve the problems that you (the end user) has pointed out BridgeIT will only access your account with your consent.

To produce statistics:

Statistics using collected data from the Minvej app data traffic may be produced. Personal data will not be used. The traffic data is used to improve the Minvej app and the BridgeIT´s products and services through continued research and development.

5. RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN

On written request you can cancel your account. All your data will then be deleted from our production servers.

Personal Data may be retained for a period of 3 months after you have suppressed your account within the security backups that BridgeIT regularly make.

6. RIGHT TO ACCESS YOUR DATA

On written request, you are at any time entitled to receive information regarding our processing of your personal data.

7. RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY

You have a right to receive the personal data provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format.

8. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

You are at any time entitled to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data. If you withdraw your consent, you must be aware that you no longer can use the Minvej app service.

9. RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

You are at any time entitled to file a complaint to a supervisory authority about our processing of your personal data. The Danish supervisory authority is the Data Protection Agency (in Danish "Datatilsynet"), Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 København K.

10. SECURITY

Your data is stored on servers in another European Community Member State. The personal data collected by BridgeIT in the Minvej app is protected by organisational, physical and logical security measures and are not communicated to unauthorised persons. Remote access to the servers is highly restricted and controlled.

Data in the Minvej App on your smartphone can be protected by your personal log in and password and a PIN code on your smartphone.

All data communication between the Minvej app and the BridgeIT server is protected by strong encryption.
